Accomodation
Sir Job Charlton Hospital Charity Almshouses consist of six unfurnished self-contained homes which include the following:
- one bedroom
- combined kitchen and living room
- Toilet and shower facilities
- Properties are being converted to electric heating
- Communal outside shed providing washing machine facilities
- Garden Facilities – although the main communal area is maintained by a gardner
Pets are only allowed with the consent of the Trustees
Car parking facilities are not provided
The Charities Facilities Manager visits the properties on a weekly basis and is able to help residents on welfare issues and deal with routine maintenance enquiries.
