Accommodation
The Louisa Powell’s Almshouses consist of five modernised unfurnished self-contained homes which include the following:
- one bedroom
- kitchen
- living room
- Bathroom
- Electric Heating
- Garden Facilities – although the main communal area is maintained by a gardner
Pets are only allowed with the consent of the Trustees
Car parking facilities are not provided
The Charities Facilities Manager visits the properties on a weekly basis and can offer help with residents on welfare issues and deal with routine maintenance enquiries.
