Hall Garth Almshouse consists of four single-storey, one-bedroom flats set within a modern block. The homes are designed to be comfortable, secure and easy to maintain – ideal for elderly individuals or couples looking for a manageable home later in life.
Each flat includes:
- A combined living room and kitchen
- One bedroom
- Bathroom
- Gas central heating
- There are no car parking facilities.
Pets are not allowed to stay overnight on the premises.

Although there is no communal facilities the flats open onto a shared outside space accessed via Jubilee Gardens
The Facilities Manager visits regularly and can assist with basic tasks and advice but does not provide personal or medical care.
