Accomodation
Elizabeth Massey Charity Almshouses consists of three unfurnished terraced properties, each with:
- Two bedrooms
- Kitchen
- Bathroom
- Living Room
- Gas Central Heating – (Combi Boiler)
No Car Park Facilities are provided although there is on road parking outside the Almshouses.
Pets are only allowed with the consent of the Trustees.
The gardens are maintained in part by a gardener appointed by the Trustees, with the option for residents to tend part of their own section by agreement. Some residents may choose to maintain a small allotment-style area, subject to permission.
There is no communal area or warden call system, but residents may wish to install personal alarms at their own discretion.
The Charities Facilities Manager visits the properties on a weekly basis and is able to help residents on welfare issues and deal with routine maintenance enquiries.
